NUMBAT GO allows for 4 uses: Pregnancy, Front Babywearing, Back Babywearing and normal use, with the additional advantage of converting into a bag.

Pregnancy

In the last stages of pregnancy, where you can’t close your jacket anymore, just zip in the insert, and voilà, you have room for your baby bump. As all the Wombat & Co. London babywearing coats, the NUMBAT GO central panel comes with adjustment strings that help adapt the coat to the size of your bump throughout the pregnancy.

Babywearing

NUMBAT GO allows front babywearing and back babywearing. By buying an additional insert, mums

can also tandem wear or babywear at the back when they are pregnant. The insert adapts to the size of your baby, so you can babywear until your little one is 3 to 4 years old.

Just mum

When you are not babywearing, you just remove the insert and you are ready to go for as long as you want. NUMBAT GO is made to last for years!

Shipping

At Loving Mother, we dispatch orders daily and aim to dispatch all orders received before 12 noon the same day. However, sometimes this is not possible due to the volume of orders and the time the courier collects. As a general rule your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours on weekdays.

New Zealand Wide Delivery

Standard shipping is for delivery during business hours Monday to Friday only, and does not include Saturday or same-day delivery.

We offer a local delivery to postcodes 0610, 0614, 0618, 0814 (excludes rural) for only $5 and a 1-2 day turn around with free delivery for orders over $99.

Global Delivery

We ship internationally to Australia with under 2kg for $10, over 2kg is $20 (excludes oversized items e.g. Baths). Spend over $120 and pay a discounted rate of $20 standard Australian shipping. Delivery is 3-10 working days.

We ship internationally to Asia for $50, Europe for $85, United States for $80, all excluding oversized.

Returns

Should you change your mind we will happily provide an exchange subject to the following conditions;

Returned goods be accompanied with receipt
The goods returned within 14 days of delivery
The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased

The above does not apply to sale goods, which are not returnable. Exchanges to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier.

Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act but proof of purchase is required. Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. Freight charges will not be borne by you if you are located within New Zealand (North & South Island). If you are located outside New Zealand (North & South Island) and you wish to return faulty goods to us (for repair or otherwise), then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for the freight and handling charges associated with: (a) returning the goods to us; and (b) delivering any repaired or replacement goods back to you. We will advise you of the freight and handling costs associated with returning repaired or replacement goods to us in such circumstances and the repaired or replacement goods will not be sent to you until you have confirmed that you will pay the freight and handling costs.
