Are your products safe for babies?

Yes. All our products are carefully selected to meet or exceed safety standards. Where applicable, items are tested for non-toxicity, BPA-free materials, and age appropriateness.

What age range are your products suitable for?

Each product page lists the recommended age range. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help you choose the right item.

Do you sell organic or eco-friendly products?

Yes! We offer a range of organic, sustainably sourced, and eco-friendly baby products. Look for the “Organic” or “Eco” label on product pages.

Are the colors and designs exactly as shown?

We do our best to display accurate product images. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings, but quality and functionality are always guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship nationwide and to select international destinations. Shipping availability and costs are shown at checkout or on our Shipping page.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, usually between 2–10 business days.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes, we’re happy to offer a Click & Collect option. We are based in West Auckland. Please email us to confirm availability and collection times before selecting this option.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Can I return a baby product that has been opened?

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as feeding or personal care products) cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
